- Re-board all walls and ceilings in a chosen decorative plasterboard to give the building half hour fire rating.
- Full rewiring of the building and new lighting can be installed.
- Refurbish the external walls and fit new windows in alloy, UPVC.
- Replace all internal and external fittings and fixtures.
- Or does it need a new roof covering? We carry out overboard or replacement boards and a lying of a new roof blanket.
